Instructions
- Mix the beans, cooked bacon, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce, and place in a foil pan or your favorite smoker pan.
- Spread the thinly sliced onions over the top of the beans.
- Place the beans in the smoker and smoke for 3-4 hours until the onions are caramelized.
- If the beans start to dry out or are too thick, cover with foil and/or stir in some water or apple juice to loosen them up.
