Rib Rub

A sweet and spicy spice rub for ribs, chicken, and beef.

Instructions

  1. Mix well.
  2. Lightly coat the meat (chicken, pork, or beef) with oil or mustard. (Helps the rub stick, doesn't affect the flavor)
  3. Generously apply the rub to all sides of the meat. Rest in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, but best overnight.
