Instructions
- Mix well.
- Lightly coat the meat (chicken, pork, or beef) with oil or mustard. (Helps the rub stick, doesn't affect the flavor)
- Generously apply the rub to all sides of the meat. Rest in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, but best overnight.
